Sit back and relax! On the day of your event, our team will handle everything to ensure your teepee sleepover party is a hit. From setup to takedown, we've got you covered so you can enjoy every moment stress-free.
Prior to the Event
Ready to reserve your date? Simply book through our website and secure it with a $125 deposit. As the event approaches, we'll reach out to confirm all the details, including setup and breakdown times.
Prior Preparations:
Please ensure all pets are safely crated or contained before our arrival.
Prepare the party area by moving furniture and ensuring it's clean and ready for setup.
Day of the Event
We'll arrive on the scene to set up tents and decor either on the same day or the day prior, depending on your party schedule. Our team will work within the designated arrival window, typically taking 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of tents, balloon requests, and logistical considerations like stairs.
Each indoor tent requires a 4-foot by 6-foot space, providing ample room for a cozy and magical experience. We kindly ask that children remove their shoes to fully immerse themselves in the fun.
Breakdown
After the festivities, we'll swiftly dismantle everything, ensuring it's returned in the same pristine condition as it was received. You won't need to worry about cleanup; we'll take care of it all. Please note that while we handle setup and takedown, we do not manage party trash disposal. With us, your teepee sleepover party will be an unforgettable experience for all, without any of the hassle. Let's make memories together!
Cleanliness Protocol

Rest assured, all sheets, mattress pads, and blankets undergo thorough washing with hypoallergenic detergent before each use.
Our commitment to cleanliness extends to every aspect of our setup. Air mattresses, teepee covers, decorative pillows, rugs, trays, and props/decor are meticulously sanitized before being deployed for your event.
To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sleeping pillows are not provided. We encourage guests to bring their own pillows for a personalized and hygienic sleep experience.
